Chris' TechDesk
Synopsis
Chris’ Techdesk is a simulation game to teach new SAE Audio students how to operate the studios. Our goal was to create an interactive, visual and engaging platform that will aid audio students to instantiate the basic approach when using Audio Control Rooms, hence Chris’ Techdesk is a simulation game to teach audio students how to change their playback engine. We chose to create a simulation game as this game genre has been proven to create 'individualize learning to match the pace, interests, and capabilities of each particular student and contextualize learning in engaging virtual environments.' - The National Academies, 2011.

MVP#4
**Please Note- When Playing, follow the tutorial through slowly and match each step, otherwise the game might bug and you will have to reload the page and try again.
This is the 4th MVP for Chris' Techdesk. My team and I have put this together in 6 weeks for a client who requested a simulation game to teach new audio students how to change their playback engine in the application, Protools. You play as Chris who works at the Techdesk, everyday he gets students asking him to fix their audio problems, so its your job to help them so you can earn points and win.
